This is how work moves through the plant. If a step is skipped, the run does not happen. Founders anywhere can start. Production stays on this US floor.

Spec intake
You submit formula, pack format, allergen map, labeling intent, and target volume. Incomplete specs do not get a slot. Partner Access includes the templates we actually use.

Fit review
The plant checks process window, allergen campaign, and line time. If it does not fit this floor, we say so. We do not take work we cannot run clean.
03
Scale-up
Bench through first commercial run on the equipment that will ship the lot. Yield, fill, and pack are locked before we talk repeating production.

Calendar
Approved work is scheduled. You see open plant time the same way our floor does — not a marketing calendar.

Production
Receiving, batch, fill, pack, code. The run belongs to the shift, not to a founder walking the floor unescorted.

Hold & release
Product sits until QA clears it. Documentation travels with the lot. Nothing ships on a handshake.

Fit first. No surprise line charges.
If your SKU does not fit this floor after review, cancel Partner Access before the next bill. You keep any templates you already copied. Billing stops at the end of the current period.
Line time is never charged until a written production agreement is signed. $249 is the gate — templates, intake, calendar rules, and Ops Chat — not a production deposit.
Specs submitted in SKU Intake are treated as confidential manufacturing information. Checkout is encrypted on this site. Founders anywhere can enter.
