- What the membership is
- Partner Access is the gate: templates, intake, calendar rules, and Ops Chat. It is not a tour, a kitchen rental, or a production contract.
- What it is not
- It does not include line time, ingredients, packaging inventory, or a guaranteed first-run date. Certificates and audit packets live in a written production agreement — not in a $249 membership.
- Visitors
- The floor is not a showroom. Visitors follow plant policy or they do not enter. Photography needs written approval. Hair, jewelry, phones, and food on the floor follow the same rules as staff.
- Confidentiality
- Formulas submitted in SKU Intake are treated as confidential manufacturing information. Do not send a recipe to a personal inbox or a public thread.
- Allergen and sanitation
- Runs are scheduled by campaign. Changeovers are planned. A “quick add-on SKU” that breaks a campaign is refused.
- Hold and release
- Nothing ships because someone is in a hurry. Lots move with documentation. Memory is not a control.
