Calendar
A hold is written. Email is not a hold.
Partner Access shows you how the floor schedules. It does not let you click a date and own the line. Live windows are issued after spec review.
How a window opens
- 01
Spec is complete in SKU Intake.
- 02
Fit review passes — process, pack, allergen.
- 03
A first-run or repeating slot is offered in writing.
- 04
You confirm. Then it is a hold. Not before.
Campaign grouping
Order moves with demand. This is the logic, not a promise of open time this week.
| Week A | Non-allergen / wet-clean campaign |
|---|---|
| Week B | Dairy |
| Week C | Wheat / soy |
| Week D | Nut / peanut, if scheduled |
| Blackout | Maintenance, sanitation validation, holiday |
What slips a slot: incomplete spec, pack that does not fit, ingredients that do not arrive, labels printed against the wrong fill, a volume change after the schedule is locked. If it slips, it goes back in the queue.
