FAQ
Before you ask for a slot.
If the answer is not here, the work is not a chat. It is a spec. Founders worldwide. Secure checkout. Fit-first guarantee.
- Who is this for?
- Independent CPG founders with a finished recipe who need a compliant co-packer. You have a brand. You do not have a plant. If you still need a kitchen, you are not ready for this floor.
- Does $249/month buy production?
- No. Partner Access is the gate: plant calendar, spec templates, facility policy, intake, and ops chat. Line time is quoted and scheduled after spec review. The membership does not purchase a slot.
- What is a finished recipe?
- A formula you can run, not a concept. Ingredients, process, pack format, allergen map, and a volume you actually need. Incomplete specs get sent back. They do not get a calendar hold.
- Should I print labels first?
- No. Do not print labels before the plant confirms pack, fill, and claims. The expensive mistake is $40k of branding on a jar that does not fit the filler.
- Co-pack, private label, or wholesale?
- Co-pack: your formula, our lines. Private label: a proven base you brand. Wholesale: repeating pallet-scale manufacture for operators who already have demand. None of these is a consumer catalog.
- How do I start?
- Open Partner Access. Submit the SKU in Intake & Specs using the template. We review fit. If it runs on this floor, you get a first-run window on the calendar. Ops Chat is for the run — not for shopping.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Cancel Partner Access from your Whop membership. Billing stops at the end of the current period. Partial months are not refunded except where law requires it. Production deposits live in a separate agreement.
- Where is the plant? Can I visit?
- This is a US commercial processing operation serving founders worldwide. Dock address and visitor instructions are issued after a SKU is approved. The floor is not a showroom and is not published for walk-ins.
- What do I get the day I pay?
- Plant Partner Kit (the four spec templates, facility policy, checklist), SKU Intake (private forum), and Ops Chat. You do not get a production date until fit review passes.
- Is $249 a production deposit?
- No. It is a membership. If someone sold you “plant time” for $249, they were not us. Line time is quoted in writing after the spec is complete.
- Do you work with founders outside the United States?
- Yes. Partner Access is open worldwide. Specs come in from anywhere. Production runs on a US plant floor. Finished lots can ship after QA release. You do not need to visit the dock to start.
- How do I pay, and is checkout secure?
- Pay on this site. Encrypted checkout. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Billing is monthly. Cancel from your membership. Partial months are not refunded except where law requires it.
- What if my SKU does not fit this floor?
- We say so. Cancel Partner Access before the next bill. You keep any templates you already copied. We do not take work we cannot run clean, and we do not charge line time until a written production agreement is signed.

Fit first. No surprise line charges.
If your SKU does not fit this floor after review, cancel Partner Access before the next bill. You keep any templates you already copied. Billing stops at the end of the current period.
Line time is never charged until a written production agreement is signed. $249 is the gate — templates, intake, calendar rules, and Ops Chat — not a production deposit.
Specs submitted in SKU Intake are treated as confidential manufacturing information. Checkout is encrypted on this site. Founders anywhere can enter.
